We cupped a Costa Rican Typica (Nautral), Colombian Moca and Brazilian Obata. Really nice to go through a Cup of Excellence score sheet with a big group of people and begin to identify what we were tasting and why (we had a poorly processed cup and old lot that produced some funky flavors).
I have to say that the Brazilian Natural from FAF was really nice. Red fruits, began and ended well. Something I would like to have beyond the cupping.
Traveling away from the farm in a few days and will be sure to put upsome of Sao Paulo and Rio’s cafes!
